The hotel rooms could have been a little more comfortable, but the service is slow. However, the rooms are clean and meet my expectations with the provided facilities. They do offer shampoo, which is a plus.

I found the hotel to be correct for the price; the rooms were clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, although on the smaller side. The staff were approachable, friendly, and accommodating, although they missed greeting sometimes. Its location was convenient, with nearby convenience stores and attractions like SM Megamall within walking distance. However, the presence of beggars in the area was a drawback.

The hotel location is excellent, offering a strategic and clean environment close to shopping areas. The rooms, however, were smaller than expected without telephones, and the 'table' in the room was already showing signs of wear. The service was courteous and helpful at the front desk, making check-in smooth. The dining experience, although delicious, was a bit pricey at the French restaurant. The facilities are decent, but the rooms require improvement in size and amenities.
